0.1.0c Hotfix 1

Bro I got to Lv 56 and was about to kill Janmara or whatever, the Act 2 boss on cruel and then this crap QoL nerf comes out of nowhere like a sniper wife. There's people abusing it, but the fix for that is simple enough:

"does not work on projectiles"

How fn hard is that? But oh no, let's just remove it entirely and because of this who tf is even running cast on minion death any more? Was a QoL nerf worth killing 2 gems over? Strange hill to die on, imo considering there's muuuuuch larger issues right now than people playing the only viable minion build.
Nerfs. We got more nerfs after they deployed a faulty patch two days ago. This ain't going well, folks.
Fix the freezes and performance issues!

That's a great quote in theory. It sounds like they appreciate innovation and creativity in builds people come up with.

In practice it feels more like, "we love to see what you come up with, as long as it's exactly what we want you to do"

They made all these skills with interactions in mind. Gas + fire= explosion, frozen + attack= shatter. Except, they don't like the result so they nerfed these reactions too.

But here we have a skill combo, that no matter how you look at it is an interaction they were expecting.

A skill that activates skills on minion death, a skill that kills minions (infernal legion), another that causes explosions on minion death (minion instability). So it seems like GGG are saying "yes we added that, but don't want you to actually use it as intended"

Everyone that seems to have an issue with this, tries to say something to the effect of "they don't want automation" or "you don't play the game how i play the game, so I'm glad they ruined your fun" (meanwhile if their build gets nerfed "whine" just as much).

If they didn't want combos, they shouldn't have added them. Then used them as part of their advertising. If they didn't want some level of automation, then they wouldn't have made minions revive, or skills that "cast on *blank*".

They made this version of the game to be slow and arduous, and seem to nerf anything that speeds that up. For those people happy with the nerf of fun that didn't effect you. I sincerely hope, whatever fun build you are using isn't the next on the chopping block.

Yes, our CPUs are also experiencing high load (I suspect due to profiling and / or debug code), but the system can work at max 100% for weeks without rebooting.

Stop killing skills and just rebalance the others. Can we have a conversation here on the support gems or am I missing something? Why can't we use multiple of the same lmfao?
merc cant even do anything automatically and has to use 6 button combos to do only delayed damage. im very jealous of auto cast skills and casters with one button builds that have instant cast and damage while i swap ammo types, reload, AND have cooldowns to manage with no plus side unless u miss flask pianoing and for some reason like pressing all these buttons in a boss fight in a tiny corridor with ground effects everywhere

Even high lv They are weaker than a POE lv1 Golem without support


Would of been a bit better if he compensated with
Additional spirit or reduced minion spirit costs
Or revive 5 seconds instead of 7.



For minion players, this is our weapon.

Its like playing Titan and having your weapon
Automatically un-usable for every 20 seconds
