Since the announcement on the 22nd of November the Support Team has received around 545,000 email requests and been able to reduce the remaining requests to approximately 75,000.

Support is really slow rn, I bought a big pack and can't opt out physical item cuz they haven't replied yet

You mean except for the 1000+ page threads in the bug report forums of PoE2 forcing hard shut downs on tens of thousands of players systems and potentially bricking them?

You should take a quick peak into the bug report sections of the forum. There are dozens of game and potentially PC breaking bugs present that absolutely deserve refunds from those affected.

I submitted the refund request via email 1 week ago and it's been 7 days that I have not received any response. There is not even a refund request button here on this official website. I feel like I have been scammed or sth

Hey I would love to have a refund on this game I don’t remember when I purchased it but played it once and it wasn’t how I expected it to be so if you can I would love a refund on this game. Thank you so much 🙏
