Experiencing constant crashes when using teleports, like 20 to 50 in a session, that freezes my computer and needs to hard reset. I tried to disable the multiengine threding and it just makes the game run really bad and still there are random crashes.

passive skill tree bug,
when adding multible points, one or more points gets consummed, but is not added to the tree. im more case, two of the points before are highlighted, and two after, but one in the middle is not highlighted and is shown as a point can be added. |

3 recent bugs I've experienced in Campaign
1. Bugged enemy Entering the drowned city for the first time in act 3, one of the dog enemies when it was killed, its body would disappear, and one second later he would reappear where he died, be at full health, and start attacking me again. This continued no matter how many times he died. Portaling in and out did not correct the situation, as he would be waiting for me on my return. So the only solution available to me until i left the zone and let it reset, was to name him "Fido" and make jokes about a dog following me home, as this immortal enemy continued to follow me across the full map. 2. Ziggurat encampment visual glitches:: since arriving in act 2 whenever i am in the Ziggurat encampment the screen will frequently flicker white. Each time it does either many visual partical effects and textures will swap to a far lower quality version or revert back to normal. This can be to the extent of seeing massive greyed out squares rotating around characters. This is something i have only ever experienced in the Ziggurat encampment, and it is constant whenever i am there. Graphics return completely to normal as soon as i go to any other zone in the game, but return to this glitched state upon entering Ziggurat encampment. 3. unable to tell if unique actually works I have the unique item Blackheart iron ring, which has a 25% chance to apply a debuff to an enemy when i hit them. However, for a while now no matter how often i hit an enemy with a spell such as spark or fireball, i do not see a debuff indicator on an enemy for the ring, leaving me uncertain if it actually works or not. Act 3 normal mode
If you toss the sacrificial heart before you use it in Aggorat, it won't drop again from mobs and you lose out on the 2 passive points it gives you. |

Can't end 3-nd floor - Second Ascendancy challenge in Temple of Chaos, monster stuck in strange place or position, can't be touched or killed, all my trys agro him or kill..fail, so reporting this.

The bat monsters in trial of chaos crashes the game.
What I think is happening, is because they breath out gas, which is ignite-able, using a fire spell when they do, the game doesn't know what to do. As gas is continuously added to the fire and explodes. It overloads the game between gas coming in and fire ignition I suppose repeating infinitely per frame I guess. This is only like a second or 2. but this crash is repeatable and consistent and unfortunately running a fire build its very hard to mitigate the inevitable crash and when its trails which is not continuable after a crash, its a little rough. |
