[POE 2] Bugs

got a quest for the red vale to collect 3 runes, cant interact with the tower thing to start the quest, exited the game and re-logged back in didn't work, I have the mission selected from Una after the tree talk moment, don't know what to do or where else I could go now, permanent allocation Australia realm, character name - HIBISCUS_IRL

Mercenary Skill "Ice Shards" deals no damage when hitting targeted enemy, while having a Warrior in the same instance.

First off terrific game, absolutely love it so far.

I think I have encountered a visual bug, using Herald of Ash half the time the overkill explosions look like an orange hit box instead of a stylized explosion. Pretty minor but wanted to do my part. Please let me know if you need any more information.

Reforging Bench deleting waystones when you ctrl + click them.

Fighting Viper Napuatzi and she was able to jump behind her guard and out of the arena. Not able to hit her even with aoe attacks and she stopped moving or casting as well. Can also share video if needed.

Trail of chaos quest bug:

I started trial as normal after first challenge i teleported back to encampment. I traded for one item. after coming back i got finished quest and acendacy points.

In Act 3, was about to do the drowned city. Portalled back to Act 2 to help a friend with the end of act boss and it's reset my progress back to act 2. Cant portal back to act 3. Second time this has happened by revisiting a prior act. The game needs to remember the latest state of your quests - so annoying.

I have a bug where I bought the Eldritch Planetary orb cosmetic character effect and it will not show up or work on any characters I have made for POE 2. This has been happening ever since I bought it. I thought maybe it was just because I was using warrior and maybe it is a class specific thing as I am new to POE and POE2. But it wont work on witch either so I am very confused
