[POE 2] Bugs

Bug experienced:
As of 11/12/2024: "Treasures of Utzaal" quest in Act 3

When defeating Metkul, I died by his exploding spikes in the arena. After respawning at the checkpoint, the lift is deactivated and there is no way to reach the Hammer of Kamasa which still lying around in the arena.

First boss of Act 2 - Rathbreaker:

After starting engage if you drag him out of fight zone he follows you then runs back. If you follow him back to the zone simply cancels his 3x big damage slashes and turns the boss into almost white mob.

Backing out of ascendancy alter locks you out permanently, even if you didn't make a choice.
