Crash - In a map tower - using crossbow and grenades ( usually some mix of oil, flash, and/or gas grenades on mercenary ) - error pop up on crash = "[D3D12] Failed to create resource for texture []"

Aimed shots with precision bow skills, i.e. Storm Caller Arrow, do not shoot where mouse is aimed. It's arbitrary as to how far the character has rotated to "follow the mouse cursor" and becomes a "best guess". It might be in line, it might not. Can't tell if arrow will originate from center mass of character, from their right hand side where they hold the bow, etc. - Not consistent. I would hope eventually the aimed shot would go to / near the pixels you are clicking. Using AWSD movement. Playing in 1440 resolution. If this is by design, it feels clunky. Also on larger/wider boss type enemies especially, storm caller arrow can pass right through them without landing - hitbox issue?

Decompose on boots not triggering =( Taking the boots off and putting them on doesn't help. I assume the problem is that for some reason they were left off on the first and second set of weapons, and won't turn on anymore. |

I can't see any NPC in Act 3,got bug this morning, all NPC in the camp disappear lol

On attempting to enter Trial of Sekhemas level 4, I repeatedly get disconnected with error message "The terrain generator for the client is out of sync with the server. Please create a new instance and try again."

BUG Rare mobs at Vaal Foundry
i found it twice already on map with bosses 1 mob shows up as rare. cannot be targeted, no hp, its just there shooting cant finish map either https://imgur.com/a/RS3frPT |

When swapping weapons in combat, minions reviving cooldown starting, even though no minions have died. When out of combat, minions reviving cooldown doesn't start when swap weapons. Is this a feature or a bug? If a feature, then minions swap is useless for any minion build...

No quest list when I finish last boss in ACT1 and nothing happen I talk all NPC in the town. I can't go to ACT2 and stuck in the town.

Visual bug in Utzaal, An enemy died while throwing his "Rope" on my character causing him to die and the rope being stuck to my character forever, the rope was still attached to me and his corpse, it also had some physics with the environment whenever i walked around even with objects outside of the walkable map area, it was fixed by opening a portal to town and then walking back in the portal to Utzaal. I have attatched some Screenshots for reference.
