[POE 2] Bugs

Bug noticed on 21/12/2024

While playing through Act 2 Cruel in the campaign with a new character, an Essence Prison spawned containing two essences (something I haven't encountered before in the campaign).

After breaking the prison, no enemies appeared.

Note: I have the "2 Essences Chance" trait selected in map progression on another character, which might be related.

Cant progress the campaign in act 3 cruel. Im stuck with my lvl 64 character.

Im in act 3 cruel, killed doryani and went to the first map device in the refuge.
I then traded with a player for an item and cant go back to the endgame map device.

I cant access the map device in my hideout because "I havent finished the campaign yet". Of course I did, killed Doryani and the last cutscene played with the storm and unconsciousness.

But I cant progress, killed Doryani again, but I cant go through the gate and the last cutscene of the storm and waking up at the refuge doesnt play.

The quest states for Boss Encounters and Notable Events with Upgrades are not shown on the Map in act 3 Cruel

Just leveled the char and Im stuck :(

Can you reset my campaign quest state?

Edit.: Seems even me other char is affected. The quest states for Boss Encounters and Notable Events with Upgrades are not shown on the Map in act 3 Cruel on my lvl 88 Titan.

Stuck in Arena after killing Steaming Springs map Boss

game created a clickable "Arena" Entry, but it only works from outside :(

Act 3 chaos. Trails of chaos.

Completed the trail. Traded an item with another player and when I returned was teleports back to normal act 3. Crashed. (Maybe otherwise around). On reloading, in end of normal act 3...go through portal to chaos.

Mission for trails of chaos states "complete the trailmasters challenges". when I go to temple it changes to trail complete. It was empty...proceeded to to end of trail on teleport back to act 1. And mission status says complete the trailmasters challenges again.

Only have 4 ascendancy points and no token to reopen trail. Am I locked out of the ascendancy trail now?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Misfire from crossbow.

On reloading single shot skills such as fragmentation rounds but worse with slower firing ammunition like explosive rounds. Can hear the reload sound and see the ammo animation flying from the crossbow. But can sometimes not fire the round upto 7 or 8 times...often causing a gap between shots of 5 or more seconds.

I've looked online and people mention dodge interrupts and the likes. But it happens in all situations. Sometimes not irregular, sometimes frequently.

I should mention it is worse in bosses and critical situations making me feel sometimes it is may be a feature not a bug?

shockwave totem and ancestral totem behave very different.

Shockwave totem works with ascendancy break armor node but ancestral wont.

you can literally stat into any dmg node matching shockwave totem tags and it will boost its dmg.

the volcanic fissure from totems cannot be triggered by myself which feels weird.
but the spikes from the other skill gem can be detnoated with warcry.

The last checkpoint in the Temple of Kopec (Act 3, Normal), i.e. at the third room of the Ziggurat, links to the first checkpoint at the Entrance. Dying to the boss teleports you at the entrance, and any attempt to teleport back to the third room (either from the first or second room) does not work, you are still back at the entrance.

I finished Candlemass in act 1 normal in a multiplayer game. One person had completed the quest and two of us had not. I was the party creator and had not yet completed quest. After the fight, we did not get a drop and when i look at my map, it still shows a plus on the skull. I started a new game and beat it on my own and still no drop and it still shows incomplete.
