Support gems are not removed/returned when removing ascendancy points

Steps:
1. On Warbringer select Answered Call
2. Place support gem on Answered Call skill
3. Respec go to The Hooded One
3. Select refund passives and remove Answered Call

Expected Resuls:
- Answered call is removed from skills tab
- Support gems are returned to inventory
- Support gem can be used on other skills

Actual Results:
- Answered call is removed from skills tab
- Support gem is not returned
- Support gem cannot be removed manually because the skill is removed from skills tab
- Support gem cannot be used on any other skill because it is already in use on Answered Call

I discovered 4 citadels on my map in endgame, but i wanted to wait till i was strong enough. after about 2 Days all the Citadels were gone on the map, cant find them anymore.

Bought yesterday and played for 7 hours:

- ~20x disconnects on Frankfurt Server. Luckily reconnecting and loading takes only <10 seconds and I could continue at the exact same spot and enemies/bosses were at same health as before.

- 3x D3D12 crash. After the second crash I updated GeForce drivers to latest version.

- 1x PC froze

- After updating GeForce drivers (I didn't change any settings in game) the game randomly froze for a couple of seconds from time to time. Didn't experience that the 3 hours before.

The game still hard crashes, freezing the PC completely and requiring a manual shutdown via power button.

Hello im playing witch minion build. These minions block each other everywhere and does not follow, it feels so bad to play cause they stuck everywhere. Can u please fix this..

In the map 'Creek' there's 1 rare left and he's bugged outside the map. Tried to aggro him from behind the tree but didn't work.

error report:
when using the "stampede" skill stone and receiving a freeze from a flying enemy (cast on an icy path), the character freezes but continues to move without animation along the vector of pressing the skill until the end of the effect of the imposed freeze.

Game crushing bug:

If you use wand's Power Siphon in your hideout (Shrine is mine), it closes the game, no crash error just out to windows.

I never had this issue, have you ever thought about perhaps is your shty pc that is the fault not the game?

Not sure if reported, Elemental Storm animation seems to be dragging below textures (such as bridges it's visible), causing big jumps in FPS lag (lag spikes noticed when skill procs).
