[POE 2] Bugs

When I increased the gem quality for several of my shots as a mercenary, they aren't properly granting the correct extra loaded bolts as expected. I've noticed this issue with Shockburst Rounds and Galvanic Shards.

Blood wave from ritual stays despite ritual ending. Doesn't do any damage or have any effect outside of being a completely cosmetic bug. Not sure how to replicate, only happens sometimes.

Atlas Perk "Areas with Map Bosses are Irradaited" is bugged.
When going to the map, it said that the location was level 82, and there were the Irradiated and the second red perks for +1 lvl (I forgot the name). After I entered the map, the Irradiated perk disappeared from the map and it became level 81

In the Temple of Kopec, dying on the boss checkpoint or teleporting to it places you on the first checkpoint of the area. The middle one works correctly, but even with that you have to redo half the area to retry the boss

Used a chaos orb on an equipped belt and none of the affixes changed.

My Ele mentalist character beat act 3 cruel difficult boss- Daryani. I went to area for amp device talked to npc's. I went to way point then went to use the map device. The map device on showed the acts and waypoints. I left the area to try to reload it. When I tried going back in everything is gone. I beat the act3 cruel boss again to try to rest it. Still nothing. When I go to future act 3 can talk to him there and nothing happens, and he does not appear in past act 2 either. Please look at this and please fix. I spent hours and hours on her.

Seepage map floor generation bug bump. Able to complete map but area is inaccessible with mobs.

Bugs experienced:
As of 19/12/2024:
I allocated 2 weapon set points. Then I got a passive skill point and allocated it to 1 node taken by the weapon set point (thinking it would replace and refund the weapon set point). It refunded weapon set point but it didn't spend a passive skill point, so I replaced the other one and got 1 on top of that, which is when the point was spent. The problem is that now I can't spend weapon set points even the day after and restarting the game
