[POE 2] Bugs

Disregard this report.

The game completely freezes the PC. When entering the character selection or when loading a map. Whenever there is a loading screen it can get blocked, but the entire PC freezes and you have to press the reset button on the PC. All this happens after Windows is updated to version 24H2

Game crashes constantly on Trail of Sekhema on 2nd boss. I have tried reinstall, graphics driver update, multiple game restarts. Game always crashes after specific time after entering boss arena


PS: This fight had worked for me in the past, only the latest run has that issue

Strange minion counting error.

Unsure why, but every time one of my minions die and get re-summoned the counter in the top left increases by the number of re-summoned minions. At one point I supposedly had 73 standard melee minions despite only having 3. Unsure if this is entirely related but my CPU has been under more stress as well, which coincidentally aligned with this new "counting?" error.

This has only just started to happen midway through completing cruel act 3.

2nd run of Trial of Sekhema, get to boss arena and game bugs after a minute or so.

Comes up saying trial failed but character still has full life, and no way to exit game (on Xbox). The background is still active

AOE not showing up in details tab of skills, nor gems like armour explosion. And they doesnt seem to change with AOE inscrease passives

Just had this bug then.

- Spoke to Servi (Act 3?) started search for son.
- Found "Ravaged Corpse"
- Trigger to summon Servi
- Did not summon - killed nearby enemies instead.
- Attempted to pick up loot - full inventory
- Town portal > spoke to Servi to sell items
- Received quest reward
- Spoke to Hooded Figure to identify items before sale
- Spoke to Servi - sold items
- Put currency into chest + quest reward item
- Back through portal
- Collected loot
- Quest marker still active on mini-map. No option to summon Servi
- Clicked on Ravaged Corpse - did not trigger
- Town portal try to speak to Servi
- Unexpected exit of program when trying to use portal

- Loaded game back up
- Portal still there
- Spoke to Servi in town - "Son" dialogue available
- Took portal - exactly where I left it
- Still able to select Ravaged Corpse, get same dialogue
- Marker still on mini-map
- Nothing showing in "Quests" tab of the World Map.

If you convert your lightning damage to other damage types (in my example to cold damage via "Whisper of the Brotherhood Sapphire Ring) and wear the "Kitoko's Current Jewelled Gloves" you still build up electrocution besides doing 0 Lightning damage.

The Trial of Sekhemas is completely bugged on console.

- The game doesn't register when the room objectives are being completed. For example, Dark Crystals don't trigger the next room when all of them are activated; the hourglass room keeps spawning minions after the time ends.

- Most of the time, I end up failing the trial for no apparent reason (still having honor and hitpoints and having completed the objective), and when I die, the game isn't responsive, but the screen keeps being active (minions keep moving, I can interact with menus). However, there's no way to go back to the start of the trial because there's no button to restart.

I've seen on reddit some posts from players on xbox and ps5 reporting the same issue.

Using this ability with these linked gems disconnects the game and loses progress from the start of the map (collected items are lost)
