It takes a very long time to review requests for problems related to account security.
Hello. How long can I wait for a response from support? Yesterday I asked for help with a critical problem (to the official support email). My account may be compromised within a day, but there is still no response from support.

Yep same issue. Locking account was almost instant but unlocking takes a ridiculous time... Really dont want to send mails forth and back to check things so i write everything possible down in one mail with attachment but since last tuesday 0 response.... missed EA and can only watch friends play without me. Extremly disappointed.

I wouldn't bet your money that you play this month. They take months to respond at the best of times. Let alone during this game release.
They need to hire more support, or change their processes so that we don't have to contact support through a broken email queue system. I would love to know that they understand that their support system is untenable and in need of evaluation, but all I ever get are canned responses, so who knows if there is anyone thinking about these problems at GGG. |
