Aim Assist is on by default for keyboard and mouse, no way to turn it off

Is there a way to disable auto aim? This is one where it really does not follow the controller or the enemy that I aim targeting. Thanks

Please let us disable this, it's the only thing Blizzard did better than you. Let's not give them that!

On monk it's really annoying to hit your Tempest Bell when you can't aim in between the enemy and the bell. And for some boss fights (the mastadon fight in act 2) it feels especially awful, hitting the bell is just luck as it auto aimed at the mastadon's head, and there was even a moment where his head was outside the arena in an attack animation and my character couldn't hit him, he just kept sending wave attacks into the wall because of the auto-aim.

When I place the 'Bell,' it keeps aiming at the mobs even though my mouse is on the bell. Could you fix this, please? It's ruining my gameplay, even during boss fights.

Same with all spells, please remove autoaim or add option to disable it

This is literally basic settings for other games. Embarrassing that GGG makes these mistakes.
