POE2 Win11 24H2 Crashes - Constant crashing, >100% CPU usage, and more

I'm having the same issue. I recently updated to Win 11 24H2 and my CPU usage is going up to 100% and freezing my screen for 2 seconds, unplayable.

I reverted back to win 10 and it fix the issue. I will reinstall win 11 and see if this happens again.

Intel i5, RTX 3060ti, 32GB ram.
