PC shut down / turn off on game load PATH OF EXILE 2

I suppose my CPU gets completely destroyed when playing PoE2. Never happend with any other game. NEVER.

PC shuts down completely, often times on log in screen. Sometimes cannot even start the PC again, need to wait.

Nothing has helped, I did try:

- Switching to steam
- Setting affinity
- Setting compatibility mode
- Limit CPU usage with other software
- Playing around with so many graphic options in PoE2 and its renderers
- Checked thermalpaste (was OK) and applied a bit more, checked AIO connection to the CPU socket too

Win11 latest
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
MB - ASUS ROG Strix B650E-I Gaming WiFi 6E Socket AM5
GPU - MSI GeForce RTX 4080 16GB Ventus 3X OC
SSD Samsung 980 PRO M.2 NVMe (MZ-V8P2T0BW)
Watercooling - MSI MAG CORELIQUID P240
PSU - Cooler Master V850 SFX Gold
Memory - G.Skill Flare X5 F5-6000J3636F16GX2-FX5 2 x 16 GB DDR5 6000 MHz

It wasn't mainboard electrostatic protection. The PSU was down indeed.
So I bought a new one.
After I replaced my old PSU "Thermalright TR-TG-1000W" with new "Super Flower LEADEX III 1000W", everythine should be good.

If you have the same problem, maybe try to check the PSU.

Вылетало и до этого, но сейчас перегружает компьютер чаще всего когда открывается атлас. 3 сек просмотра атласа и компьютер выключается.
Очень сильные проблемы с 15 декабря начались. Остальные игры и приложения работают без проблем.

У меня ноут с i9 и 4080.
Проблема с выключением компьютера просто уже достала, невозможно играть, каждые 5 минут комп выключается, это совсем не нормально, заплатили деньги и получили убийцу железа)
Пробовал уже все что можно, ничего не помогает, на старте игра работала нормально.

Devs are silent because they are afraid. Many people have had their power supplies or CPUs fail. No response, I wrote, published substries etc. and nothing. It's not your computers fault. I played very demanding titles smoothly at 100 fps without any problems and after my adventure with poe 2 I started having problems with other games. And at the very end my system crashed. They sold a faulty product to hundreds of thousands of players, someone should look into it.

I have tried everything like all of you. From playing with shaders to running in crazy modes just to play for an hour or two and the game always crashed. This is sad because the game is beautiful and has great gameplay but it is very buggy and harmful to the software and hardware. The only solution is to return it and wait until the official release because at this rate you will get rid of your PC.

This *could* not for sure, be overheating. If on a desktop it might be worth opening the case and taking a look. Dust can sometimes build up strangely fast in a computer. (high airflow and electric charges can attract dust as well). Make sure the CPU and GPU cooler fans are running.

And/Or use a utility to monitor CPU and GPU temps to see if they are spiking too high. If you have multiple monitors this is a lot easier.

If you have any kind of fan control utility try maxing it out see if it helps.

Of course it may not be a thermal issue.

I upgraded PC to water cooling and bigger case. PC shut down again. I can’t play game with this, i destroyed SSD in past because problem with grafic card did it. I allready had shutdown like 12 times before change of watter cooling change, and still this problem.
Playing other gemes without problem easy.
