PC shut down / turn off on game load PATH OF EXILE 2

crushing and shut down on the loading screen,
may be go to the town on act, may be go to HO,
just happen for no reason..

my computer is new, 4080, ssd, 64gb, amd7800X3D..

Can confirm same issue. I can play 7-8 hours straight without any problems and suddenly could be a PC reboot in the middle of map clearance.

PC specs:

i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz
GTX 1080
16 RAM

We have the same issue on my GF's PC, which is, btw, brand new.

SPECS:
GPU: ASRock RX7600 Challenger (8GB VRAM)
PSU: MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 750W
Motherboard: MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
RAM: 2x16 Kingston FURY Beast DIMM (3200 MHz)
Also, a Samsung 980 250 GB SSD to support games and OS.
Windows 10 x64 OS.

I've already checked the forums, from PoE to Steam, and this problem is global.

Usually it happens during boss fights, but also happened while teleporting.
Others suggested that its because the game uses sometimes more than 100% CPU. So i've checked this BES limiter for PoE2, but still got the sudden shutdown.

Every driver is up to date, no other game did this ever, even D4, which is more poorly optimized IMO.

Hardware pressure test also ran on the machine - everything works smoothly.

Also disabled BIOS settings for CPU overclocking, just to make it sure. And i played with power level modes also - nothing helps.

At this point it's really frustrating, because its unpredictable. No matter what settings we use, the game still crashes, even though, the PC should be more than fitting IMO.

Did anyone find anything useful? or, is this info somehow reached the Devs, by any possibility? It should be handled if its an issue with PoE2, but as i see the other forums, it is.

The first time I entered the POE2, then played about two hours before the PC suddenly rebooted. Since then, every time I enter the game and see the "two gears" screen, the PC rebooted, no matter how many times I try.

OS: Win11 23H2
CPU: i7-14700k
GPU: 7900xtx
Memory: 32G

After several attempts, the computer is completely unable to start up, suspecting that the motherboard has entered an electrostatic protection state due to multiple reboots.

Same thing 3060TI ryzen 5600X

Shutdown now before even entering the game.

played without any issues until yesterday night after update. It has to be the game.

I'm not risking my rig until this is fixed

I’m also encountering this — but unlike others have an Intel CPU (13600K).

My CPU usage rarely breaks 30%, and my shutdowns are most commonly in town.

Same issue here, freezes when loading into zones on the 2 gears icon mostly. I sent a message to a mod to add it to known issues.

Same thing is happening to me. Just started yesterday. Also happens in POE1 now. I have a 7900xtx and a 7950x3d with 2x16gb ram g.skill 6000 sticks.
