We need to be able to change it.
I took a useless one, because both in PoE 1 and PoE 2 YOU CAN CHANGE BUFFS LIKE THIS ONE. On everything else. Except this one. Please fix this, or remove the abilities to change the bandits etc etc etc. This is inconsistent. |

speaking of which did the act 3 cruel one just go away completely? i kinda miss that free +10% chaos resist
