Respec Venom Draught in Act 3?

+1 this has to have prio here. This goes against the ways this game has been designed in other areas where choices are reversible but at a cost. The cost here is level a new character.

+ 100000000000000000000 GGG let me change my venom draught after patch changes to stormweaver. My build didn’t need so much mana regen before. Plz. If you change things to our detriment, atleast give us the option to change small things like this to better adapt our toons to your changes. Thanks.
