Impossible to email GGG support - more than 4 days still no answer

I sent 4 letters in 3 days - Google mail writes the following:

I think I've had enough.
I'm better off refunding on Steam and getting the key on the website to at least be able to use the standalone client :)
Will let know if they reply tho, see y'all in February lol
It will take time, trust me, the influx of tickets must been HUUUUGE.

I have a sandwraith support pack lost in limbo because the merge of accounts, and yeah they are taking their time, if u resend a mail, you get put back on the line of tickets again, dont do that, just wait. I know is anoying, but welp, early access was quite a hit.

Any time I've ever had an issue I was gotten back to within like 15 minutes no later than 2 hours. GGG support is really great, they are just swamped to hell back with EA.
