Impossible to email GGG support - more than 4 days still no answer
Still nothing, keep waiting... Support on the forum continue continue to ask to send email while most of the email get rejected and bounced back to us...
A week of vacation well wasted... Pardon my english, I'm French :p

Should I write to Steam for a refund or can my 300 coins be transferred to my main account? Can I not expect a response to my letter from technical support?

The problem is in linking to a Steam account, I now have two accounts in my account, but the 300 coins were not credited to the main account.

" I see... you're not the only one with this issue, I guess somehow at some point they will fix and address that. Just don't use it, eventually don't even play in this account to avoid more problem later. Also, I don't know how a refund from Steam would work tbh. Pardon my english, I'm French :p

My mail is not even reaching them!
I bought a tab for mistake (didn't know they would import tabs from POE) and Im trying to cancel the purchase to use my points on better stuff, but its been 3 days of "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)" from "Receive rate too high" to "Temporary System Problem. Try again later.". Guess we can just wait. |

there is no support for this game. i sent an email 10 days ago and still nothing.

I've had one message get through but the replies are being sent back with same message. I know it's frustrating as heck being stuck like that, I'm sure they're overwhelmed like crazy and might be for a little while yet but I'd keep trying. Eventually you'll slip one through.
