High CPU Usage and Low Performance in Path of Exile 2

Pretty much the same as you guys, I've only had one hard freeze (wasn't on load screen) in 130+ hours. Most parts of the campaign runs decently well except act 2 town 30-50 fps or lower it varies alot there, also big packs breach delirium ritual strong boxes maps rares dying and playing duo i can go from 80-90 +fps to low 20's fps, also happens when solo too with minions. High cpu usage on loading zones but while playing notice my cpu is at 50-60% and memory is about the same cpu does spike alot though also temps dont seem to be any different than other games where i get better fps. I figured id add to this hopefully they do more optimizations before launch fingers crossed

Win 10
I9-10850K
RTX 2070 SUPER
16 Gb ram
1tb NVME M.2 SSD
Same problem. PoE2 is the wrost best game I ever played in my life. The game is fantastic, but with a lot of basic problems. I now this is a "beta" version but the troubleshooting is too slow for basic prolems. My hardware isnt the most newst, but running the game with drop frame from 100 to 10 fps? It's impossible. Other games like Diablo 4 is running fine to me.

I tried vulkan, dx11, dx12, vsynch on and off, deleting the folder in %appdata%, everything high, mid, low, ultra, 1080, 4k and I think I tried to pray for god and nothing works.

Ryzen 3700x
RTX 2070 Super
32GB RAM
The gaming was installed in SSD(NVME), but I've tried to run in HDD too
Checked CPU and GPU temps and usages and seems that my GPU is always about 90-100% at maximus 70c and my GPU never goin above 50-70% with 50c.
yeah, runs like it looks. lol
I had the same issues after i reinstalled the game on my system SSD the lag got fixed no more stutters or slow loading.

People still use HDDs? that's like a no crap you went from crap to better. Good lord how did you game on any other games for the last decade. Good for back up terrible for everything else.

80% ppl are on SSDs or M.2's
even 2.5" SSDs are slow compared to NVMe M.2.
2.5" SSDs are 550MB/s vs. 3500MB/s to 7000MB/s M.2 NVMe.
HDD is max 30-150MB/s turtle slow for anything and mechanical.

That issues was user related. we are in 2020's like using a HDD for games or OS drive that's 00's. In your case yes its your drive.

Ye for some reason my Steam decided to install it on my D drive instead of C.
But the stuttering is still there but not everytime. Yesterday i was playing all day with out any problem.Today i logged in and it started instantly stuttering without me changing anything. The ssd part was my bad but GGG will need to look into this matter.

Ah gotcha, all good it happens.
I'm having the same issue.

MEASURED INTERRUPT TO USER PROCESS LATENCIES
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
The interrupt to process latency reflects the measured interval that a usermode process needed to respond to a hardware request from the moment the interrupt service routine started execution. This includes the scheduling and execution of a DPC routine, the signaling of an event and the waking up of a usermode thread from an idle wait state in response to that event.

Highest measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 719.80
Average measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 6.000245

Highest measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 717.20
Average measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 2.915653

REPORTED HARD PAGEFAULTS
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Hard pagefaults are events that get triggered by making use of virtual memory that is not resident in RAM but backed by a memory mapped file on disk. The process of resolving the hard pagefault requires reading in the memory from disk while the process is interrupted and blocked from execution.

NOTE: some processes were hit by hard pagefaults. If these were programs producing audio, they are likely to interrupt the audio stream resulting in dropouts, clicks and pops. Check the Processes tab to see which programs were hit.

Process with highest pagefault count: pathofexile.exe

Total number of hard pagefaults 22510
Hard pagefault count of hardest hit process: 7062
Number of processes hit: 55

Still can't play the game that I paid early access for and it's been 3 weeks. Pretty sad. I also was forced to buy a new cpu fan and had to learn to install it myself which was fun, got the thermal paste and everything and had to buy more ram to upgrade to 32gb from 16gb. Still sad this is happenning.

specs:
i9-9900k
2080 RTX
asus prime z390-p
g skill trident z ddr4 3600
M.2 SSD

pc is overclocked, tried setting it to balanced performance and still had issues. this game pretty much destroys my cpu and makes my gpu fan go crazy.

the loading screen from logging in makes my cpu temps go over 90 degrees and uses 100% load.

I didn't have this issue when I first started playing but I also upgraded from windows 10 to windows 11 around the same time this game came out and I heard that might be the issue. I can't downgrade to windows 10 anymore because too much time has passed since I upgraded to windows 11.

I'm stuck here not being able to play a game that I've enjoyed for 10+ years and I don't even really care that I paid for something I can't play. The real issue is that I paid for something that caused physical damage to my computer and I had to go out and replace parts at my own cost. I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to. It should be your main priority and focus right now over anything else.
