I gave up made a new account, if i ever get my steam version back im just going to transfer all my gear and currency to the new account and call it a day RIP 150 exalts

i got one of the general copy pasta emails asking for the info that i put in the original email To GGG, its like they didnt eve nread the email

Basically their tactic is to wait us to give up and pretend nothing happens. Since we already paid for it,they will let us rot ourself.
Since so many youtuber praise their game....i really hope a youtuber that didnt get their benefits will farm on our issue. And anyone active in social media...please #hastag and spam in their X or FB. |

" I would just complain to the Consumer Protectionin of your country. Write to gaming news organisations outlets like GameSpot, GameRadar, IGN, Kotaku, Eurogamer or Polygon. Write to them under the their Editorial Inquiries about these points * frustrating process unlock your account * how much money you spend on the game * how many threads/users that has this problem * How they don't answer * How many days have gone by * Can't refund the game (waste of money on something that doesn't work.) |

entering day 5 of locked account.
no reason why. no reply. nothing. and it's not like the company is oblivious and doesn't read these posts. likely the support employees have a specific list of things they're allowed to engage with, and whoever created that list didn't include locked accounts. Probably it's viewed as being addressed already and lumped in with everyone who didn't receive their glowing helmet or whatever the f kinda purchase. in another post, a bunch of people in Brazil lost access the other day, some kind of automated system banned a whole lot of em. it was fixed right away, restoring their access. what's even the difference between a ban or a locked account? either way, one can only assume we both lost access due to some kind of problem on serverside, versus any kind of terms of service violation. ssfbtw

Had my account locked yesterday right in the middle of game session for god knows what reason (received 10 minute mute instantly followed up by a ban(?)) After initial reply there's no follow up.

you buy a motorcycle, a couple days later it stops working and needs to go into the shop for warranty work.
a mechanic appears, he politely transports it from your house to the shop for repair. you don't know why, but ok, sure, thank you. later that day, you call to find out if your bike is fixed, but you soon realize there is no phone number to call. you realize you can't go to the shop to find your ride because you don't know where it went. the next day you find some others have bought from the same place, and don't know where their bikes went either you email the store, no reply. a week goes by, no response at all. later, you see recently updated ads online for more motorcycles and motorcycle accessories from the place you bought the motorcycle. upgraded parts, better engines. you are now here without a bike, in a small way, feel like a victim of theft or fraud ssfbtw
