PoE2 - Not enough Spirit, but i have enougfh spirit.

I have had multiple instances today where my Raging Spirits has deactivated and it took me a bit to find it. At random instances, my skeletal warriors are costing more spirit based on the number summoned. I have 3 summoned, so some spirit is used, however when I notice my Raging Spirits are no longer summoning, I reduce all minions to 0 (deactivate Raging Spirits as well) except my warriors, which I reduce to 2 and find that I am missing spirit from my spirit pool. When I reduce my warrior count to 0, the missing spirit is refunded into my spirit pool and I can then summon back all of my minions based on my previous count. This has occurred 3 times today during Act 3.

Edit: When my warriors die and respawn is what is triggering the issue. The summoned warriors now count more against the spirit pool. The initial 2 warriors count as 22 spirit, and 3 warriors count as 44 spirit.

This has happened to me several times in 0.3 and 0.4 and I just found a solution: Remove the gem that cannot be activated, create a new one, and swap it in. (Sell the old one on the market, if you can.)

The message over the exclamation point will be "Missing socketed skill" or "Not enough spirit" depending on whether it's a meta or non-meta spirit gem that's broken. Other than that, the bug behaves the same way in both situations.

In my case, the problem was triggered by removing +Spirit gear that was needed for the currently active spirit skills. One was force-deactivated due to the resulting deficit but could not be turned back on even if I put my old gear back on and clearly had enough spirit. Moving my weapons into the other weapon set and switching sets allowed the gem to be activated again, with nothing else being different about my loadout. That suggests whatever is going on seems to be break on the combination of gem + weapon set. The "Used with weapon set" checkboxes were checked for both sets so it wasn't that. Slotted the new gem in and the red exclamation mark disappeared and I could activate my skill again. Removed it and put the old gem back in and the problem returned. I repeated the experiment several times with the same result every time.

So try recreating your skill gem and see if it works and always deactivate all of your spirit skills before removing any gear that provides the spirit it needs to be activated.
