Vine Arrow slow is not applied

Yeah the slow is still bugged.

Bursting plague also does not work with it, which actually makes sense because the plant doesn't poison, it just gains more chaos damage from being poisoned; what doesn't make any sense is why it is listed as a recommended support for the skill in the first place.

GGG pls fix.

Confirmed, still no slow applied to Vine Arrow in current build.

Just confirming that a/o 12/24, using vine arrow and gas arrow, it seems like the DOT is working but the slow is not, even with the encumberance support socketed.

I think the DOT is bugged too - its draining energy shield when it's supposed to be dealing pure chaos damage.

Still not noticeably slowing for me on PS5 as of 1/9
