Requesting Account Merge Or Coin Transfer

I got the same problem...i didnt even use my Coins the 300 Coins are still there unused in my Account that i dont use...i asked for a Transfer they wanted some informations i gave them to them and now still no answer till today :-(
Same here migrating from PS5 to PC. Extremely frustrating because I knew I would lose the purchases that I made on the PS, I understand that, but I bought the most expensive support pack because I liked the game. I'm supposed to have 1000 coins and aesthetics, instead now I can't even trade or use my previous premium tabs at all. I'd like to buy a few stash tabs just to solve that issue, but it's hard to do when I just spend 80£ to support a game...

They've asked for my steam purchase ID, I've sent it to them - no reply since then.

Waiting...

My 270 coin is sitting Idle on the other account... would love to spend that on the new Map stash tab, but unable to...
Ive been waiting since Nov 21st 2024 (almost 90 days) for support to finish the process of transferring my mtx from xbox to pc good luck everyone

same issue here aswell, dont know how the second account came into existense. sadly i did spend some of the coins on stash tabs, tabs that i already had in poe1, didnt know at the time that i should have them already in poe2 if i had em in poe1. i've been waiting for a response for 3days, since they requested the transaction ID.

as i've read through the forums, it seems like i have to brace my self with patience for another 4-8 months, so sad that support cant keep up with the tickets. and i think the transaciton id and account name with the 4 digits emails are auto generated tbh.

might just ask for a refund through steam to get it done with and then purchase it on the correct account here on the site.
same still a month and a half sofar
