Requesting Account Merge Or Coin Transfer

I've played POE 1 before, via Steam, account: Matyuskah#7040 Bought a bunch of stash tabs, etc. Recently I bought the EA for POE 2 on Steam, then later, I logged in to poe.com and linked the Steam account. After I created my character in POE 2 and played a bit - when the Ingame Shop was fixed, I noticed I've only got 25 microtransaction coin. As I later found out, there is somehow a second account: Rust7#3676 linked to my poe.com account, who somehow got the 270 coin. ( was 300 but bought a chest slot on the site ). The problem is, that when I log in via Steam, I automatically logged in to my old POE 1 steam account: Matyuskah#7040 - thus I have a bunch of chest slots, but unable to use my newly bought coins because those landed on that other account somehow. Is it possible to transfter that 270 coin from Rust7 to Matyuskah? Or to merge the two account into one? I don't need the other one, not sure why it was created. ok i found out that in the character selection screen on the top right you can switch account

That's true, but still - how my coin ended up on that other account is unknown.
Or the better question is, why the microtransaction coins isn't global among all my accounts. Because I want to play on one account, my main one - where I bought a ton of stuff during POE1 - when I bought the EA on Steam, I was not able to select that where I want my coins added, to which account - if there is multiple. A way to transfer it should be a possibilty, I think. |

same here - long forgotten account and ea pack with coins went there.
I really would like to get these transfered somehow to my main acc. |

" If you played through Steam before and bought stash and all using your Matyuskah#7040 account. Then you bought POE2 through Steam as well, why did you logged to POE.com to link your Steam account again? Pardon my english, I'm French :p

" got the same thing happening to me aswell... I bet they won't merge the coins on both accounts but we can all hope so... wish they actually make it so people will have 1 big account that has all the purchases available for every #xxxx accounts alltogether! |

I have the same issue I emailed GGG and they said they could probably help but they needed more info ...I habve had no reply since replying to email its getting frustrating.

bump
same issue, 2nd account created for some reason when i purchased POE2 (hadn't played POE1 in years) and my coins are on the account where i didn't level my toons. Unfortunately didn't notice until i finally went to MT shop in game... Merging into one account would be good. |
