Requesting Account Merge Or Coin Transfer

Same here, still no solution and not email reply yet
same issue, send an email december 7, no answer still
same problem, they take more than 10 days to respond to my first email
You got an reply? :O I first let them have a week to sort it out. Then sent an email on the 14th then a new one 21th and got nothing back.
stumbled across this thread while looking up the same issue. im glad im not the only one. seeing the most recent post, i assume this was never figured out if we can merge our coins? since you 'link' your accounts i assumed it would be all the same. Any other game you can play on different devices you don't have to buy seperate. If you buy the game on xbox then you create an account on here then you link your steam, xbox, epic or whatever you use there shouldn't be this issue. Now, i can understand if you have separate emails across the services but if you use the same email for the services to log-in then i don't see whats different then buying from xbox or pc? If im missing something or not understanding please correct me.
i have the same issue, in my case two accounts merged "wrongly" but for me this work:

Open Game.
Press Login> On character list there is a menu on the top right to select with account i want to use. (yes it is on the wrong menu)

Hey there my tokens are on the steam account my name account is another account and i would like my tokens transfered over to the main account. I have merged the accounts but the tokens arent available on my first account and only the steam one. Please transfer my tokens i'm not repurchasing as it appears to me a scam to force people into double purchase.

Problem is that support does not answer.
I waited one week to let you guys sort it out. Sent a email 13.12.2024, 22.12.2024 and 04.01.2025 with no reply.

Amazing game but i would love to have some tabs without spending more money before the coins i have are spent :D
