"Hey there, thanks for bringing this to our attention. This does appear to be unusual, and I've looked into this for you. If you acquired your key from a third party and not from a direct purchase such as a supporter pack, suspect you may need to contact whomever you received the key from.

When a pack with an early access key is refunded, then any account that has been made eligible to participate in Path of Exile 2's Early Access will then no longer be eligible.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you."

What he said properly be true to my situation.

^ This doesn't apply to my situation since my friend upgraded si founder pack and received an extra key for me which doesn't work.

No e-mail reply from them also , these devs are shameless and I will not support such bad support or a company.

Gl to all getting your stuff and progress revoked , there are countless of threads already on this forum and on steam.
I have the same issue, the key was given by a friend which has NOT refunded their purchase.
It's not my situation, it's also a case of a key that hasn't been refunded. So once again, as many unhappy customers have pointed out, it's a case of amateurism on the part of the studio, which also seems to be overwhelmed by events and to be doing repairs by hand, which is the last straw. And zero response apart from automatic messages.

If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used.

If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key.
Stop trying to resolve shit email by email, it's evident that thia is something that gone wrong on YOUR side GGG, and start restoring our access, u can bet you're ass that everyone that has played more then 2 hours "didn't" revoke payment or anything so many players trying to cheat for a key yeah right, is there anyone there that can make any decisions? Hiring more staff really to do what? Investigate if someone cheated for a key? Total nonsense, this is solely a error on your end...FIX IT ASAP

I wrote to Suport about a week ago with the details. No reply yet.

That is the minimum, a suport that answers or not?
