I think am done man, been doing all the workarounds but the game still crashes ,just wont freeze my computer by disabling cores on the affinity over and over again. Fking pain in the ass.

The game constantly crashes on the loading screen and freezes the PC.
I have to manualy reset the PC to be able to use it again. Not even Ctrl+ALT+DEL remove from that crash, since it freezes my PC AMD Ryzen 5 5500 3.60 GHz RTX 4060 32gb ram When the game runs, it runs fine without any framerate drop's. But those crashes are ruining the experience for me. So far the little i was able to play made me fall in love with the game. But that only lead to the frustation of the crashes. Hope it get's fixed soon. |

This might sound like a weird question, but to those that the game freezes, do you have the microsoft game bar uninstalled? Could you check in the event viewer if you have any sort of errors related to the 'Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter'.

I too, suffer from this ailment.
Crashes on load screens. Felt like I solved it at first by switching from DirectX to Vulkan renderer, but since I got to act 2 the crashes are ABUNDANT. Always the same type - cursor beging slugging down, music continues, cursor eventually locks. No matter how many ctrl alt deletes I try, I can not get the activity manager to open. Computer = frozen completely. I'm also on 24H2 Win11. I can't really continue playing, don't want to risk the computer taking damage from too many forced restarts. At 111 pages on this thread obviously I'm not the only one having this issue. I've already sent in my dxdiag.txt to the devs, so I've done my part as a paying beta tester. I will *not* be playing this game anymore or recommending it to anyone until this issue is fixed - I can handle CTD on an early access game, but issues hardlocking PCs to the point of having to manually power cycle them should never have left alpha. Don't know how your teams are organized, but maybe you need more focus on the technical issues and less on about game balance. Balance when the bugs are fixed.

On my 47th restart today since launch, which I have had to do by holding down power button which surely cannot be good for the PC.
Please fix ASAP, i am unable to stream on twitch because of it, because it keeps crashing and i have to keep restating my stream like once an hour! |
