"Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access" - Error when logging in

Same boat,"no access" even if i have the game on steam activated (still) also my character is gone, cant see it trough the "rename character" screen anymore. i really Really hope that they fix this. and they did not infact delete every character, that would be insanely. Bad.

Same here, worked fine until the last time I played (2 days ago) and now I have the same error.

Same for me no replay for 2 days from support also. Waste of money.

i think at this point this is a huge security risk, why people can log-in trough my steam if i have the installer/or this game installed? is there a risk of RCE? support says just to email them but ignores us, do i have a security risk installed?

this is even with 2mfa and everything saved. did you guys just enable a backdoor and now hackers are deleting the keys from players (or maybe the site is compromised?) and now you don't know how to revert the damage?

people have been waiting a month for answers, this is crazy. if this keeps going im going to just straight up contact valve and warn them about this security issue with the installer/steam api abuse.

Just had to solve it with a friend of mine:

Go to pathofexile2 website and create an origional POE account -> do not login via steam or epic games !

Shop -> redeem key and it should work!

I do not login via Steam or Epic, I've logged to my old POE account on the poe website and used this "https://www.pathofexile.com/shop/redeem-key" to activate my EA key. Then I could see another keys for Steam and Epic so I could use Steam key to add POE2 to my Steam library and install it there. Everything worked fine since December 25th till yesterday (my Steam account was already linked with POE account). Today I've tried to run game like before and it doesn't work... The message is as for other people who reported issues here - that I don't have EA. Of course my EA POE2 key doesn't work anymore and cannot be activated again...

very sad as GGG support didn't respond yet - I've reported first problem on 26th of December when after POE2 activation I've noticed that I didn't receive 300 points as I should...
