anyone find out how to fix it? even on website its not showing that i have access to poe 2 after relog cannot go in game anymore have monk 30 lvl writed to support but no asnwer at all

I have the same problem, already played 20 hours of poe 2 but now i can't log in anymore.

I guess we need to buy the game again but i'll wait a few days maybe they fix it but more likely not.
