POE 2 Key Regional Pricing on steam change

I wouldn't mind paying the original price IF that was their only price. Been purchasing games in USD for several years now, in Battle.net, FF14 and PoE1. When I saw the reveal and saw the regional price, I almost bought the last tier of early access since it was about 2800 ph pesos. But I no longer pre order games as of late. Even Blizzard games on steam has regional pricing
Damn, I was just about to buy the game until the regional pricing changed. Sucks.
This pissed allot of people off... Changing pricing so drastically is never good - especially if people saw it and budgeted to buy it on payday.

You can make the price what ever you want but the effect it has on the client should be considered.

You make your price - I decide if I want to buy or not - simple sure
You change your price after listing... Same rule applies... I choose if I want to buy or not... but now it looks sneaky and greedy and just piss people off
No idea why GGG still doesn't want to give us folks from third world country regional pricing yet. We have come so far and yet we are forced to look at everyone's MTX which are beyond our reach.
come on ggg at least make an announcement for this issue
just give a peace of mind if this fixed price or not.

imagine those people in west earning $20 - $35 per hour (average wage)
then used this "steam region change" exploit to purchase the $15 EA
while we earning $6-$8 A DAY not hour and spends $2 for transportations, need to pay $30 (current global market us dollar exchange which like $35) because of these exploiters. why do we have to suffer? and how come there some rich countries offer EA way more cheaper than us

I totally agree. If the regional pricing was mistake, just admit it and we can move on. No need to be coy about it.
Tbh I'll be okay if there's some kind of accountability like they did with the delayed release of EA. But currently there's just radio silence about this update to the pricing. Imagine people taking time off on EA then it got delayed. Then getting their pay cut because of that time off only to realize they can't buy the game at pay day end of month due to price increase.

Its a double whammy if you ask me
Already want to buy the faridun supporter pack, went back from work to notice my budget didn't even cover for ogham pack anymore...
Its hard enough to convince my friend to join EA in regional pricing...
It's crazy. The $480 pack costs me over $800. No thanks, afterall, these things eventually just collect dust.

My minimum wage is $0. If I have no customers (because they all got cheap goods and services from a poor country) I can't pay my (very high) bills and taxes, that's how a globalized economy works, if you don't take advantage of it, not my problem. Personally if a game has discriminatory pricing I always pirate it or ignore it, which I may end up doing with poe2.
