Melee changes in Necropolis?

I mean they acknowledge that it's a problem. They just don't really know how they want to fix it. Though we might finally get something on the totem front as Neon did mention it being a top thing to work on if they find the right solution for it.

But also acknowledge melee isn't in the best of spots and may require other areas to work on but don't have the resources/time to tackle it all while maintaining the rest of the game.
there is change, they nerfed Melee's warcries and buffed Non-melee's.

There is no such thing as "melee warcries".
You're right. Only melee players get to enjoy warcries. Can we have bow builds enjoy warcries too? I'm not good with names, but how about "nature's cry" or something?

Of course the bow build needs to be near melee to benefit from it and it will have a 1 second cast time. It will give you a 20% buff (additive) to your next 5 bow attacks. In exchange, we will nerf all bow skill gem damage by 20% (multiplicative). This temporary buff will also require you to invest in 1-3 warcry skill wheels that we will put conveniently in the right side of the tree.

How does that sound?

In how many seconds do you think the forums would go nuclear if this was implemented for bow builds and/or caster builds? How about mandatory bow ancestor totems for bow damage and attack speed? Does this make you angry? Good, it should.

Casters actually used warcries in the past, and might use it even more now. Enduring Cry was nice "hp potion" from time to time for them.
