Who cares. Core game already has so much stuff it doesnt need more.

Have a feeling that, much like heist league, its because something is broken in the league and people like it.

But overall its a pretty enjoyable league as well

Don't know if it's true or not about player retention, but if it is, what about the next league? They're gonna have to make it drop even more currency or people will go away in the first days?

Don't think that's the way the game should go. Game's getting too easy.

It's just progression and preparation for PoE2.

Yes, I chose to play on easy mode and yes, I'm still expressing my opinion about it because I like the game. I'm gonna give the game a try on Ruthless or SSF on the next league (I just came back, back when I used to play there were not these modes yet).

Leagues like this are fun (and probably good for the game) once in a while. I know I'm having a blast. But should this amount of craziness go core? No, it wouldn't be that fun in the long run.

That said, I find most progression systems fun and interesting, so I wouldn't mind the new ascendancies going core. I seriously doubt that they'd add this amount of power creep go core, though.
