How to mute other players sounds?

We get all kinds of QoL changes, but now we have to listen to this goddamn sound effect every 30 seconds because some kid got ahold of his mommy's credit card. Thanks GGG. This is why I don't spend money in your shops. Besides the inherent lagfest all your cosmetics create, that is.
