How to mute other players sounds?

I have just started the league. This nonsense does not match the vibe of the game at all.

It's even worse in heist. You can't be in your hideout, you MUST be in the heist lobby, and let there be only one, but often 2 or 3 of these hideous trolls, and you can forget doing anything.
