What is your number 1 skill balance wish for 3.23?

A 5% net increase to Glacial Hammer's damage.

Also i think Spells need another 50% more damage buffs across the board to balance it out.

My second pick would be to buff ES some more, since Life is technically better.

Bring back Essence Drain.

Bleed melee skill gems lose the -30 attack speed on supports.

They remove +1 skills as a mod entirely. Replace it someone hood but not so required for builds. Adjust skills accordingly. Maybe something like action speed.

Add line to Juggernaut Ascendancy Node *Enemies Cannot Remove Endurance Charges*

So many good skills are useless now.

Bleed is gone. Bring it back, it was great with a bow build or lacerate.
Bring back Spectral Shield Throw. It was fun in 3.15, where it shined, never again to be seen.
Bring back slams. They were halfway decent in Ultimatum.
Bring back ED.

But most importantly

Bring back, bring back, bring back that Leroy Brown.

Bring it back, bring it back, don't take it away from me because you don't know what it means to me.

Make it so ancestor totems have the option of being invincible for their duration, if:
- They're prevented from attacking
- They exclusively give buffs at a greatly reduced effectiveness

This way you still need to cast them, so GGG is happy.
They're not completely automatic like a banner, so GGG is happy.
With the conditions above, their effects on players will be situationally nerfed...so GGG is happy.

A testing dummy would give people enough excitement to basically warrant missing a whole expansion.
