Is there anywhere to appeal TFT ban?

People actually need that trash 3rd party garbo to play this game?

" Are you accusing Belton of RMT? I am asking because you left your statement being very ambiguous. I have found no proof or evidence Belton was doing RMT. The best you can say is Belton has a competing discord. But what TFT did to anyone who was even on Belton's discord was a disgrace. Belton had some pretty strong evidence, and I mean evidence in the scientific not legal term. IMO the worst light you can give for Belton is that he exposed TFT to promote his own discord. The only reason I am not saying Belton's proof is not evidence in the legal term is because we do not have 3rd party Tec experts to examine it to give testimony to it's authenticity. It certainly is enough though to make me stay away from it. Though in all of it if you are not trading in items or stockpiles which would need TFT, then none of it matters other then your sense of justice. No, Belton made the video about TFT. He walks through screenshots of discussions and sales notices by TFT members.
None of it matters? Except that the entire game and all crafting is balanced around parties like TFT, according to Chris in the Harvest nerf manifesto. And if you played Harvest at full strength, while it was strong for getting some specific combinations, the full power mirror items that got Harvest nerfed were using 100 different people's Aug crit or similar crafts. Chris confirmed they balance around TFT. TFT is an RMT-affiliated site at least, or run by an RMT ring more likely. So why does it matter? At this point the difference between PoE and Diablo Immortal is that DI is just more honest about the RMT. While PoE balances around RMT, hands off all top end trade to RMT sites, but then says they are against it. |

It's their server so there's nothing really to be said. GGG wants TFT to run PoE's economy so they are permanently intertwined with the game, like it or not. If you don't want to use it (or can't) you'll have to find a different game to play.

" "There is nothing to be said" - There is plenty to be said. None of it will convince GGG of anything, but if that were a test of whether something can be said, the forums would not exist. I agree with the second statement. No, I can choose not to use it, actively dislike it, talk about it, and keep playing this game, actually. What I will pause is support for the game, but I dont think they care. Last edited by trixxar#2360 on May 19, 2023, 1:58:04 AM

" So your proof is that some butthurt streamer that got banned comes and says how TFT can flood the market when they want with mirrors to get a profit, like every other streamer does but on a probably lower end of things, and some screen shots of discussions between some people that probably got banned and now they are raging ? Beside some discussions there is literally no proof that any of those transactions went through. It's like GGG and scammers, you can post whatever screenshots you want or any discussion you want, there is no proof any of that went through in real transaction. And even bottoms line crossed here, if, and I am not saying that they are or they are not doing (it's their business in the lower end of things and they will face consequences if proven wrong I am assuming), why does the lower end user of TFT like me cares ? I am not buying anything on Real money, I am not trading anything on real money, for what GGG or TFT cares I am using a trading site with more options like services and a real alternative to avoid scamming ( not the usual send a screenshot to GGG support and we will do nothing). I am not trying to be the advocate of the devil, but all the proof is at best arguable, nothing was proven just people talking and expressing opinions, with some people discussing between them that x person does something and y person does something without any proof. I don't really get it, people are refusing to use TFT because someone may or may not use TFT in the back end to RMT(is it more different than the random bot that most of you are buying from that will hoard currency to sell it on whatever www.rmtforpoe.something site from which people will buy?)...GGG should track down that person and ban him for all everyone cares, the other people using it just trade normal in game items like you would do on the Trade channel or on trade but with the added bonus that you can trade services and bulk trade without getting scammed or your items stolen... I literally don't see any issue here, just the fact that people are somehow thinking they are scamming themselves because they are using a discord channel that might do RMT even though not proven, thinking it's immoral or something and they turned themselves into angels of justice to stop this abomination. P.S coming forth with accusations after being banned certainly shows more about Belton than the people he is trying to shun. Even saying that he will accept to be criticized for his actions proves that in the backend of his mind he knows that his 1 hour video is just drama. At the end he concludes in : 1. TFT - > launders currency (not proven) , funnels currency ( yea bots do that also, some streamers hoard currency also), manipulate markets ( yea most of the streamers do that, we should also accuse Grimro for his videos about how to farm x strategy because after his video the compasses I want to buy are skyrocketing, and most of them are sold by him). The inflation is done by the lack of players that play the game on the lower end and because of how volatile the market is at the end of the league) He just proves nothing, speaks but doesn't talk, and it just seems like he promotes his discord and wants TFT to lose credibility...And the only arguments he has are some shady screens from people who have a lot of free time to keep the drama alive, and the volatility of the market... Call me a hypocrite but If I would have had 125 mirrors at this point I would have controlled the market also... Never invite Vorana, Last To Fall at a beer party. Not really sure what your argument is Vendetta.
Someone posts screenshots showing TFT mods talk about RMTing makes them butthurt? Really, so then its impossible to show anything negative about PoE without being butthurt? Thats your defense? "Oh, proof of a problem directly from the source and documented via screenshots? Must be butthurt". Weird take but... uh, ok. Why should you care if they RMT? (Also, its hilarious that the defense of TFT RMTing is " like every other streamer does" so I guess we are past the hurdle of showing TFT and streamers largely RMT). I only care because Chris directly said they balance the game around RMT in the harvest manifesto. Thats it. Very simple. If they expect you to RMT to play on the level the game is balanced for, it feels neither compelling nor reasonable to me. Your mileage may vary. If you enjoy not RMTing in a game explicitly balanced around RMT, more power to you. But (honest question not an argument) - why defend a game that says they are against RMT but then admits to balancing around RMT and hands off all high end trade (you and Diablo agree on that) to an RMT site? I genuinely don't understand why anyone would choose to champion that. |
