Is there anywhere to appeal TFT ban?

I am a newbie who recently started playing on the Korean server with the 3.21 version. I wanted to try using TFT, but I got banned.

I wanted to explain my situation to the TFT moderator, but I couldn't find a way to get back into the channel or contact them, so I'm asking for help here.

Poe account name: mooncros
IGN: BurningBod
Discord ID that was banned: [Removed by Support]
Nickname used in the TFT channel: BurningBod
Nickname shown when sending a private message to the mod (@contact mods here): [Removed by Support]

The reason for my ban was twofold:

1. made several requests to remove trade-restrict status.
2. linked a fake account.

I admit that the first reason was my fault. I thought @contact mods here was connected to one specific mod, so I kept sending messages, which ended up annoying the moderators. I'm sincerely apologies for that.

Regarding the second reason, I did not link a fake account. I am a genuine newbie to Path of Exile, and I have never linked a fake account.

I played EVE Online while using Discord, and my Eve online channel nickname is [Removed by Support], but in the TFT channel, I used the nickname BurningBod without changing my EVE Online nickname.

I think the problem arose because I sent the mod a private message using my [Removed by Support] Discord ID instead of my BurningBod nickname. I'm not sure, though.

and Moderator sent me a message saying

"in two week you have gained 4 levels and no new gear, stop wasting our time with your fake account"

During those two weeks, as i remember, I changed my scepter, necklace, and rune positions of helmet and gloves , and I bought The Brass Dome and created 6 homes and was preparing to The Brass Dome to create a 6-link.

and I didn't know 4 level ups in two weeks would be a problem, as I usually play slowly.

I'm very disappointed and sad that I got banned from the biggest Path of Exile community before even getting a chance to use it properly due to my ignorance and foolishness.

If anyone can help me, I would be very grateful.
