ArchNemesis Mods are CANCER

Have you ever disagreed with someone, without turning to derogatory terms straight away?

On topic: I've leveled two characters this league, and I am in the process of leveling a third (one strike skill, one spell and one ranged). I've had no problem with AN mods. Sure, a couple of them are a little bit over the top, but people comparing this to Archnemesis league or Kalandra league needs to chill.

This game has way bigger and more important problems then rare monster mods.

When the first response isn't a complete disregard of someone else point of view, i don't. Take my answer to you for instance, i was questioning his immediate "instant gratification" remark when nothing about that was said in the conversation, just how AN mods are bs(with OP not describing it further, i admit), and for the most part they are when you're not ready which can be pretty much everywhere when you misjudge a situation, which also happens constantly to streamers getting one shot, why would anyone else be different. Yet his answer is a steady sound "muh grataficatian, ok boomer, gen z kids".

OP hasn't chimed in so it's hard to gauge, but my issue with some AN mods is, as you've said, how badly some of them compound. I don't bat an eye to it most of the time, but when my 200 Soul Eater 50 HH mods Zerk suddenly stops by a mob tanking 100m dps for 10seconds when everything else is being one shot, is just... odd.

This forum is the absolute worst, with the same posters stinking up every last thread. The same posters who've been doing the same for years.

To the prospective new players: yes, these forum regulars who blast and bully anyone with constructive criticism are who GGG is now catering to and comprise an unhealthy percentage of the current player population.

Is this what 'success' looks like? A peak of over 200K users down to a low of under 60K in 2 weeks flat? How do you lose 150K in just 2 weeks?

Saying "Thing *x* is cancer" isn't exactly constructive criticism...

Most players just play the league start weekend and also the weather is getting kind of better for a lot of people ;)

Numbers are ok for this league afaik.

I love how people take stats like this literally. It's almost like they are calculating "200-60=140", and actually thinks that the league has lost 140k players.
Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.
I agree that some mods on rares are overtuned... or perhaps not the mods per se but the possible combinations.
I don't think that the so called AN mods are bad as such. Some are interesting, some are dangerous, some are bad, yes. But it's the unlucky combinations that really suck.

If you've ever modded Diablo II, you know that you can exclude mods on rare items from showing up together so as to prevent rare items from getting too strong.
The same should exist in PoE for rare monsters.

The peak number on opening weekend was 209,526; the low thus far has been 47,944.

Is there anything else I could help clear up for you or do you have enough crow to eat on your plate?

Yes and those numbers are totally fine there is nothing wrong with it :)
Your interpretation is wrong (most likely on purpose). You probably watch to much weired politics shit on the internet.

Also their peak today on steam was 110k i jsut looked it up, last sunday was 116k, so they lost 6k players in 1 week. Big whoop.

Look, some people here would tell you it's a good thing that PoE was shutting down. It doesn't matter what GGG does, it's good.

It is what it is lol.
The nerfs will continue until morale improves.

I took this picture now. I don't really know what people expect from a F2P game in a relative niche genre. If we look at most games near where PoE is placed, we're talking mostly multiplayer/PvP/E-Sport titles, which will always be placed high.

When you throw around numbers, you actually make it sound like you actually think there's only 47k people still playing the league. If that's your ability to read statistics, I have news for you. And before you answer, you also have to remember that a large portion of the player base doesn't use Steam. I swear, some people would scream Ragnarok even if PoE was the most played game on Steam.

Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.
