Does Fatal Flourish's 60% more damage apply to ailments too ? If so that could be quite a thing for bleed Glad !

Fatal Flourish seems powerful enough.
But which mechanism does it belong to? Multistrike's repeat or Echoing shrine's repeat? For multistrike, there is no extra repeat multiplier discribed in support, it seems a little wierd if it stacks this way. Or will multistrike supports have built-in linear mechanism such as 0, 22%, 44%, 66%, 88%...? If not, how will it work? If it works like echoing shrine, seems it will influence action (so slow without 100%more attack and cast speed). Anyway in its discription now, this ascendancy could also benefit bow and wand attacks a lot, cause it isn't melee-limited. |
