pS: Im trying to get a +2 skills amulet with some resists, that way I can open a ring and take a "mark of shaper" or an elusive/tailwind boots.

Cast Speed and DPS makes a HUGE difference to how the build feels. Self-cast needs great cast speed to feel mobile and safe.

Glorious Vanity is also a big deal, as is swapping Ice Golem for Chaos Golem.

I also personally prefer to map with Arc, and swap to CL for Uber Bosses, it's a few gems and 1 passive difference (Mastery). CL feels sorta ok for mapping IF you have an Inpulsa + Nadir Mode, but Arc is still better, and for bosses Apex Mode is a must for me.

With enough DPS, the Freeze Duration Wheel/Mastery aren't a must, btw. Up to you.
