I think overall it's just the practice. If you kill adds, there's no ground degen. It's a big part of doing UE without failing.

i have about 4-5 Ex Budget to upgrade my gear and am currently considering wether to get a 6l Inpulsa or some +1 Spell level rares, any opinions or advice?

Well, depends on whether you want to map better and faster, or boss better for the Uber bosses.

Inpulsa is the most fun option.

First of all: Thanks so much for this guide!
Crackling Lance is still a bit of a clunky skill, but I think this build is a really great spin on that skill and it's a really nice basis (and a lot of fun) for trying out different things.

I'm just not sure, I understand all interactions between our shocks and freezes and shaper of storms and Three Dragons and everything else. :D


Now, as far as I understand, we basically only(?) use Herald of Ice to add cold damage so that we can still shock even though Three Dragons prevents our lightning damage from shocking. But if I'd use Expedition's End and remove the Three Dragons, then all all damage can shock (Shaper of Storms) and all damage can freeze (Expedition's End).

Then we wouldn't need Herald of Ice anymore and could replace it with .... I don't know... Herald of Thunder maybe for a bit more damage?

Ah... I may be an idiot. Herald of Ice explodes and we're also using Blast Freeze. Probably still the better option.

I suggest it would be better to abandon AM and use both conductivity and eleweak from rings with whispers of doom instead. By this we can use unnerve and culling strike from medium curse cluster, get exposure and freeze spread from gloves instead of using hydrosphere and cluster's nodes, then get some gem slots for free wrath and orb of storms. Or we can use Algor Mortis and get exposure
with freeze spread from cluster nodes.

Also it is possible to run a def banner with wrath\zealotry reservation enchant and get another socket by abandoning Enlighten.

All those things are possible and valid options :)

I prefer Assassin's Mark because it's the most DPS, but there's benefits for clearing for other options.

Hi!

I really like this CL build but I feel like a dont have enough damage for the T16. Sure I can do them okej but it takes awhile hehe

Right now I have about 1,2M averge hit and a total of 4,2M total DP (PoB).

So can anyone take a look at my toon (whiskeypirate) and give me a tip or two on what to upgrade next. I dont have a clue what to go for next or what is the best next upgade so to speak.


Right now I only have 1 Ex and a few C.

Also, I recommend joining the discord, other people playing the build will also help.

One obvious thing is you can drop the Large Cluster and use those points better. See my current character, you'll see some other ways you can scale DPS.
