" we literally just had a currency out of sky league, where you could farm anything in the game on ZERO investment, from HH to Bloodmage with +300 increased quantity on any map and you are here bitching on the forums... I farmed HH in a week in Tower T12 as a casual player (unfortunately it got poofed in a double corrupting attempt xD) PoE1 3.23 - the best league of all time (an absolute banger)
---- PoE2 0.2f - a bit better, but PoE1 atlas is a million times better than PoE2 atlas |

" I agree, the whole point I use the jewel was for the splash damage. Hopefully they add it in the patch notes. |

One thing I can't understand is why people get excited or hyped on buffs or nerfs of old stuff... Doing this only show well incompetence? cause rly if u want people to try other things just make NEW skills that play diferently and more or less same power per investment.
All this constant change on mechanics so u need to re learn everything every 3 months is what made me (and I bet lots of others) drop the game or play a lil bit each league. Its just a waste of dev resources btw having to change mechs and nerf/buff things over and over and over. GO make something new and leave what is fun/working the way it was. Thanks for nerfing what is fun (Spellslinger, Cospri's, CoC, TR).
Great job... Affliction and Necropolis worst leagues ever. The current game design has slowly turned this game into a loot-shower fest, chase uniques are way too available; and obtaining chase items through stacked decks and valdo's boxes simply isn't fun.

" I'm pretty sure, that's not what it means. " Cast Time " has nothing to do with " Cast Speed ". Blight has a 0.3 Second " Cast Time ", while chanelling at a rate of 3.333" Cast's / Second, wich are the ticks, affected by " Cast speed ", applying the debuff, wich deals damage at a rate, based on the characters abillity to deal damage over time at a specific, modifiable rate. ( Debuffs inflict damage x% faster ). So reducing " Cast Speed " increases the " Cast Time ". Resulting in a 0.09 seconds base " Cast Time " ( Also Cast Rate ), PER tick. Leaving me with the conclusion: Using this jewel sets the base cast time to 0.39 Sec instead of 0.30, wich is a nerf?? Proof me wrong, I really want this to be a typo. |
