Game Balance in Siege of the Atlas


Problem:
Voidfletcher outclasses rare quivers for many builds.

Solution:
Review the damage of Voidfletcher arrows. This balance is still being reviewed in comparison with all other changes to Rare Quivers, so specifics will be included in the patch notes when confirmed.


just make all unique quivers useless this is the best solution ........
what about melee daggers? this kind of build is dead forever kmon

Whether or not time savers count as pay to win, I can't debate. But I have yet to see someone prove the community that stash tabs and premium conversions aren't time savers.

I am just reminding that IceStorm - the single most iconic Path of Exile spell is now practically gone, because the unreasonable nerfs, absurdly bad redesigns and destroyed defense mechanic, and we are not yet speaking about the limited ices which dropping now making it looks "meh".
Guys - most of the players could run on their computers not only 1, but like 10 x Path of Exiles while playing Cyberpunk 2077 on one of their monitors, limiting the ices which drops from IceStorm from like 50 to like 20 does nothing more than destroy the beauty of this skill.
Aside of this a lot of players have come to Path of Exile due their love to Cold Sorc on D2, and they jump on their beloved Icestorm, which you practically keep destroying since PoE 3.0, and now - I see nothing else from you guys than sitting and pretending that you have done a good job by "Balancing" it, but you have actually killed it.
I was silenced for telling the name of USA president for 40 days.

Maybe it is time the deeds of the moderators to become public, so peoples understand that they hired a cheap mods which enforcing their "woke" agenda on players.

well you dont get the mastery at level 5 already. absolute minimum is lvl 11 (incl granddaddy crab) and thats ignoring all the good passives at ranger start. so realistic is prbly around act 2 start. still hilarious. they HAVE to remove or reduce that.


Arrow Speed != Projectile Speed. There is only one source of Arrow Speed on the tree and the only source of it on gear I'm aware of is the new quiver implicit.

Cool manifesto overall. Generally like the nerfs more than the buffs so far. I tried out both March of the Legion and Boneshatter shenanigans this league and they were super strong but so awful to play. It really blows when the strongest builds have awful mechanics so Im glad I wont be tempted to play those again.

Would really like to see some more QoL changes coming though. Why not give like 10 chaos orbs as reward for killing Kitava to avoid running naked into maps if the drops are unlucky? I promise it wont break the economy.
changes will go on forevere in poe, sad and bitter truth. why not just take enough time to address all balance issues before launching a new league? also, it is quite absurd that things that were thought to be perfect/in balance during one league are suddenly in need of severe nerfs. and it goes on and on and on with every new league. i just hate it, from a ssf players perspective, its really messed up to know that you can do some content now but cant do the same content the next league, because of all the nerfs and changes. all you can hope is that the next league after that you will be able to do the content once again:)) nah, it just aint right.

ps: nerfing Voidfletcher is total bs.

Seems to be the path they have decided to take.

They could easily remove 250 unique from the game and still there would be more useless ones.

Patch after patch is getting worse..

exactly this !!!!

I play the icestorm skill many leagues now. It is the only skill i like to play. I tried some other playstyles, but the most fun i had with this skill. And you destroy it bit by bit every league.

Its not a extremly strong skill, its not a really common skill. Its only a really fun skill. You let headhunter unchangend since it exists. Its a build and contend enabling item. Often in timeless conflict it crashs the instance AND it is the only item, what let you effectivly farm that contend. But icestorm get nearly destroyed in case of serverload.
