i quess i'm gonna go for +1 wand and +1 gem then, do you have a ressource explaining to to craft it ? i have same synth wand mod but on a ilvl62 base.

its gonna be something like 26% more damage overhaul, for 20ex if a sell my current phantasm unhearth, + the price of that wand that is unkown

aaaaaaaaah all that money for so little dmg :'(
after the next big upgrade would be +5 gloves and fordibben flesh & flame for Corpse Pact, that would be another 50-60ex T_T

It's detailed on page 30 of this thread. That being said, you may want to consider getting a higher ilvl wand. ilvl62 can only roll T4 DOT Multi, which is +12-15% vs T1's +24-26% range. Everything else would be fine, but that would leave room for improvement, which if you're really gonna dump that much in to a weapon, you may as well spend an extra ex or two for the ideal base.

Fan the Flames is *only* for when you have explosions so that the explosions can proliferate. Otherwise it's pointless. :P

Makes sense. I personally never bothered with the explodey chest so I never considered that.

Re: Fan the Flames, y'know I just assumed based on OP's recommendation, but from quick Google and some rough testing ingame, it seems like it just gets overwritten by Ignite Proliferation Support and is useless.

I think this should mean dropping ignite prolif, rather than fan the flames.

Ignite Proliferation gem gains radius with levels, so there is merit to using it over FtF.

I agree that there is, but gem links are rare. On this topic - I picked cruelty as my 6th link, but I don't really get some of the mechanics. Is there something better to choose?

Cruelty is awkward with Deadly Ailments. You're not going to have the damage when you want it.

Your options are basically:
Ignite Prolif
Inspiration
Hypothermia (if you have a source of chill. IE: Corpse Pact from jewels kekw)
Hey! I'm back with another question that I really can't figure out myself even though it is explained on the OP post and another post earlier in comments. But how do you actually calculate your own damage in the build? I managed to grab myself a pretty good Ashes of the Stars and also a Phantasmal Unearth. Still need to grab level 4 Enhance + Empower but that will come soon.

If anyone here could either change my PoB so it's properly calculated or could explain how I can do it myself (i'm not super smart when it comes to PoB calcs) it would be greatly appreciated. :)

hello, have troubles when caculating the life of the unearth corpese. Does POB have a good way to do that?

I did some math with unearth corpse life. I looked at the life increases from 80 until 90 on a level by level basis and noticed that in the last levels the increase is always reduced by around 1.2%.

Based on this assumption the corpse life on lvl 95 could be around 133.4k

Here is my calc sheet:

Sorry, I'm German so my decimal points are , rather than . :D

And from that, multiply by whatever corpse life bonus you have, and enter it in configuration/general/enemy corpse life.

What are people's opinions on anoints? I feel like there are three main possibilities:

- Soul of Steel (armor and max res)
- Dirty Techniques (dot multi and dot faster)
- Charisma (reservation and aura effect)

I was debating Charisma because even with ashes and the aura mastery, I am sometimes a weee bit tight on mana (regen stinks without Clarity up and only about ~55 unreserved), and it would let me take a passive point out of that arcane surge/mana node in thread of hope range I am kinda wasting it on now.

Dirty is obviously good damage and Soul with the armor and max res is nice. All require at least 1x Golden Oil so not the cheapest.
I'm 124 mana unreserved without a perfect Ashes, but I think if I wanted to improve the mana situation, I'd take -7 on a ring. We have at least two ring prefixes available after life, but only one chance to take a tree passive a long way from our normal route.

I chose soul of steel for doing a lot of the things I want in my defences. It's harder to add a useful amount of defence than it is to add more DPS, was my reasoning.
