The 0-10% and 0-20% random base types just means that the 1%ers just got a buff.

From all the noise last league I thought the game is done but I had a ton of fun and had my first maven kill so I will wait and see how 3.16 shapes up.

I believe that GGG want to make the best ARPG but it is also important to understand that they have a vision of what that should be.

Now that every class it's a Gladiator , is there anything super duper related to block, in the actual Gladiator ascendency tree , to be worth choosing the class ?

Far to much changes in the same time so I can be sure of what to do. Unlearning years of dodge + blind just by reading manifesto is way too tough to figure out if the compensations result in a real buff or not (for that archetype). I mean : as a dodge based character, will I need even more skill points to invest to overcome dodge and blind changes ? Or will I still get as tanky just with the 4 saved points and your numeric buffs here and there ? For now my guess is I won't.

I wanted to leaguestart a saboteur for 3.16, I guess I'll wait to check its changes to see if he's still worth playing or not.

Adding unmodifiable extra layers of RNG with the 0-10/0-20% is stupid also, because it'll add min/max unsatisfaction for bases and even less ground picking (so the exact opposit of what you want). Put fortify calculation on melee damage dealt per second including dots also. Because cyclone, bleed and poison.

Does the 10% and 20% armor base randomness mean that for HYBRID bases only 1/200 are worth crafting on?

Cause that would suck.
If dodge will be removed, will be also removed monsters with "hits can't be evaded" modifier? Because it looks like a complete destruction of evasion based builds (also no defense against Resolute Technique in PvP).

Sorry if someone already mentioned this but I don't have patience to read all 40+ pages of comments.

Community asks to give more options for defences without nerfing current ones.

Problem : Bad nodes are weak and underused.
Solve : Delete good nodes.

We've never asked for this!
