Are there loot filters for the build?

This build use power charge on critical and diamond only to proc elemental overload? if not, why use this and not use instead controlled destruction?

" CD literally removes your crit .. thats just too much crit loss you still need to crit to proc EO and tailwind and such ... i guess you can use EF instead of chain support or something like that still arc is just for map clearing not boss killing you got BALL lightning for it... also power charge on crit gives crit and 4% damage per power charge you will be able to get 6 power charge atleast in this version of the build. Regarding endgame, have you considered going crit? I modified your PoB *just slightly* for crit version. Mind having a look at? https://pastebin.com/zrx7YLSR I'd rather drop arc and 6-link Vaal RF - Arcane cloak - Enhance - Inc. Duration - Efficacy - Arcane surge, but that'll end up in another build. | |

glad I was able to play this build last league, the new Enki effect may be something to take into consideration for next league when trying to start as this
