Why use Power Charge on Crit in the main links instead of Controlled Destruction? Orb of Storms with 4 power charges should be more than enough to keep Elemental Overload up.

Since I assume this build might be modified in small parts during the league, will the change log be updated with every minor change (excepting typos or similar). Thanks so much for the new guide, I had already every leveling part already noted and I thought I was going to have to play ED xD.
