BETA UBER Filter update only

Hidding low tattoos (less than 3c) and Scarabs under 2c, new tattoos & scarabs tiers. Will be included in stable Very Strict if working as expected in the next update.

BETA UBER Filter update only

More filtering on Beta Uber (DO NOT USE WITHOUT READING DISCLAIMER, MAP ONLY, ALL EXTRA CONTENT OUTSIDE OF MAPPING = SWITCH BACK TO VERY STRICT)

Now maps are filtered out of T17, Tattoos filtering under 3c, Scarabs filtering under 2c (subject to change) and some more currencies tweaks.
