Good! A needed change.
This change sucks.

Having loot be almost entirely RNG is a problem, not a philosophy. People should be able to work towards a craft, not just pray that it drops or dump thousands of exalts in currency crafting something.
Crafting is supposed to be deterministic. That's the whole point of crafting in literally every single other instance in existence. You set out with a fixed amount of materials and you make the thing you want to make.

It's not supposed to be random. It's not supposed to be a gamble. If it is, it's not crafting.

Either make crafting more deterministic, or stop calling it crafting.
Harvest crafting is what made this league fun for me. The NOT fun part was going through TFT.

Shame, instead of making it less likely to get results once again the very enjoyable crafting has been turned into a worthless generic thing which nobody cares about.

Will it still be able to make powerful items? Sure, with tons and tons of pure RNG rather then actual dedication.

This once more is an awful decision, as was the complete removal of Synthesis rather then re-invention (People liked the MECHANIC but hated the crafting). Or utterly gutting Bestiary.

It's a shame that people have to rush rush and rush more to get decent results as they'll always be gutted shortly after, instead of properly thinking things through beforehand.
GGG balance is like getting a pizza which is burnt on the sides, raw in the middle and misses the most of the toppings.
Then upon sending it back you get a raw side, burnt middle and enough toppings to drench everything in grease.
Everything fixed but still broken.

If it is a WONDER to GGG that if a community like a guild pools items like crazy to insta-craft sick stuff I really feel awkward about general thinking about a lot of things because it doesn't matter if a community pools harvest crafts or currency to create a big shot item to mirror it...

And the rest... well... Deleting like everything interesting, making most seeds give you nothing, so we small players end up with a useable mod every 20 harvests, you can seriously just delete harvest.

It was finally at least SOMEWHAT possible for the small players to reach good items and you kick their faces because some bigger groups pool and big players, that often get pooled by their fans, get to use the feature more frequently...

Maybe you guys should reconsider your item Philosophy, because it no longer works the amoutn of content the game nowadays offers.
Mabye that worked when there were only a few mods for items, but not its just outdated and unreasonable.

Instead of chaning harvest, how the community likes it and adress the core issues it had, you just made it realy terrible.
